Orders normally ship the following business day.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return
Authorization Number for any warranty product please send email to help@Caddie-Shack.com.
In the first 30 days returns can be for merchandise credit. Shipping charges
are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid with the Return
Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be
returned freight prepaid. A copy of the Caddie-Shack.com invoice must be
included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and with all
original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be
deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories are
subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned
physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If
defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition
in which it was received by us.
